|Recommended: YesI am so proud to be able to call Modera Six Pines Home.' It has been over 25 years since I lived in a such a beautiful apartment complex. The minute I walked into my unit in September 2023, I as instanly sold on it. I truly love my apartment w double balconies facing the pool. All of the residents I have met here are tremendous people and all of the staff at Modera Six Pines always provide exceptional customer service. I signed the longest lease I could but I am so happy here, I might live here for the rest of my life. Thanks to all the Modera staff for always providing a warm welcome several times a day while I walk my dog. I also greatly appreciate everything you have done for us here at Modera and thanks for always being so sweet to my dog.

|Recommended: NoMelissa Hickson — The manager Ms Melissa was kind for the first few months I lived here. Residents kept warning me of her bad side and to be careful or I will be kicked out of the complex. I stood up for her multiple times saying Melissa is great.
Unfortunately I had an interaction from Melissa Hickson that was very rude and morally wrong. She made up an entire story about what she saw from a distance. She completely lied and made up a narrative to fit her perspective. Nothing about her statement is true.
My service animal has proper paperwork submitted. I was informed last night through email that another letter for accommodation is needed from my doctor for my dog to be off leash. My ADA attorney is reaching out in a timely matter soon. We were never verbally told another letter was needed and never received a letter that was sent January 18th from what the email states. I only use a P.O. Box and did not receive mail at the place of residence. Video cameras can be checked, I have never opened a mail box.
When I entered the office today she was passive aggressive because I confronted her about lying in an email to an attorney. She also stated that she video taped me specifically. I never gave her permission to video tape me at 7 pm at night when she is off duty. Everything I have heard about this manager is true. I will never recommend the complex to anyone with Ms Hickson running the property.
Trash cans always full with trash in garages . The elevator and floors consistently are dirty with urine and dog feces.
This property is in severe need of a new manager. Revenue would sky rocket. Now I understand why so many residents are moving out this year.

First of all, I am not satisfied at all with this site where I have been living for 7 months. We are faced with a manager Melissa who knows nothing, is disrespectful, and lacks professionalism. We wake up at 2-3-4 in the morning because of the noise from our upstairs neighbor, and the manager says she can't do anything about it. In fact, she even says she can make noise at 2 or 3 in the morning if she wants to. So, is there no consequence for this behavior, or when I say I will make noise too, she threatens to report me to the police. She's trying to threaten me, but she's targeting the wrong person. The most disgraceful management I've ever seen in my life.
Before moving here, read my review.
You'll sign a 12-15 month contract and if any problems arise, they'll just say we can't do anything and ignore you.

As for transferring, there is a policy in place and a fee involved. As I'm sure you understand, due to Fair Housing, we are not able to sway from our policies.
