The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents—any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
The apartments themselves are spacious and well designed, with modern features and plenty of storage. The community amenities are a big plus and are always kept in great condition. Parking has never been an issue, and the location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads.
Overall, this is a safe, welcoming community with a strong sense of professionalism and care. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a stress‑free and enjoyable place to live.

|Recommended: YesGood Apartment complex — There is not perfect apartment complex. All have good things and not soo good.
Modera Six Pines is not an exception, still a lot of things to improve Garage had been dirty since day one finally cleaning is on scheduling . Corridors and entrance cleaning needs to be better, looks like the only one being cleaning is the main entrance for future residents.
The maintenance staff do as best as they can, Residents need to their part as well, lately even a mattress was trash outside of the building.
The apartment is well located, next to the Lifetime fitness, easy access to I45, close to the Water way, and there is not major reasons no to live here.

|Recommended: YesIt is really noisy — If you’re looking for a quiet place to live, this might not be the best option. The walls are extremely thin — I can hear my neighbors even when they go to the bathroom. There are also frequent loud noises coming from the pool area, including parties, music, and people shouting, especially during weekends. It’s been hard to get peace and quiet, even inside the apartment. But everything else including the leasing Staff and maintenance team are all very friendly.
