|Recommended: YesThis is honestly the best community I’ve ever lived in…for several reasons Firstly, the gas stove….which is huge for me, because I cook ALOT Tons of cabinet space, bathrooms are setup perfectly, Lifetime Fitness opening across the driveway….I could go on I love the staff…Chris, Kelly, Luca and Eddie are all wonderful and top honors to the manager Melissa It is extremely refreshing to have a manager that actually cares I’ve been in different communities where this was NOT the case and ultimately the quality took a nose dive Never any communication or follow up about anything…not even when my vehicles were stolen. So the fact that she is so involved is such a relief I really hope they keep her around to keep this community as beautiful as it is…or at least until my lease is up Lol. Overall, i really love it here, and I give Modera Six Pines and the entire staff a 10 out of 10
|Recommended: NoI moved in 3 months ago. Two weeks after I moved in, a maintenance guy tried coming into my apartment without consent. This happened on multiple occasions with different maintenance men who admitted to trying to come into my apartment. Without a work order, or without my consent. Sometimes several times a day I would see my door knob turn. I got a professionally trained dog for my protection, and have documents of his training who when he hears someone outside of my door, barks. When maintenance saw my dog, he told me my dog wouldn't do anything if someone came into my apartment.
I told management about this, and she told me to keep my doors locked, as they will not do anything about it and they continue to work here and they also live and still continue to live in the premise.
I work from home I am with my dog 24 7. The times I am out, I watch
|Recommended: YesI love it here — Our experience moving in and living here has been seamless and stress-free thanks to Eddie being available to address any questions or concerns that we have had Our apartment is amazing and the noise level is great as we have neighbors above and beside us but have never heard any noise from either of them. Residents are friendly and courteous for the most part, except the ones that don’t clean up after their pets around the community. I also wish management would put a trash can outside near the front doors so people will stop throwing their pet waste in the trash can near the coffee machine. Overall experience here 10 10 and I would recommend anyone looking for a place to call home check out Modera Six Pines

|Recommended: YesGood, quite and modern place — All you need is here. Nice and professional staff, new and modern building. Good location. You can hear a bit people from the corridor. And since there is construction is still ongoing, you can feel odor and rarely see construction debris along the hall which hopefully will stop after construction is complete. But overall it is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesA great place to live — the leasing office staffs are great and nice. the gave us the whole support that we needed when moving in. and for few weeks we have been living here, it has been a great experience. indeed I will encourage any responsible person to move in here.it feels like a home . for now, it all about good experience and I wish it will remain like this.
